[1.07][Crash] CTD on end of turn when discovering new tech?

Just had a crash to desktop. Took 9 hours to have one so that's reasonably stable by comparison to last week.

Anyway here is the pastebin of the debug.err

Crash occurred when pushing the end of turn button, I was due to receive a warfare brake through so it's possibly related to that pop up. I don't know if the crash is reoccurring within this save game or if it's intermittent yet. I'll find out tomorrow and update this post with the save game if it is. Right now it's 5am and I need to get to bed.
